Credit Card legal SOL in California?

What is the STARTING CLOCK for the unsecured debt statute of limitations per California law (allowing creditors to sue you). I%26#039;m having trouble pinning it down. Specifically is it:

- date of your last payment

- date of your last actual use of the card

- date of the DUE DATE on your bill that you missed, when you stopped paying

- date when you first went 30 days late

- date of charge off, etc.

Please don%26#039;t say %26quot;date of last delinquency%26quot; without explaining because that is utterly ambiguous.

Credit Card legal SOL in California?

It should be the date your account was last current. Checkout thesites listed for CA info. And do not offer to pay the collection agency a partial payment in exchange for a %26quot;payment in full%26quot; on your report. It is a scam and they never follow through and can still resell your debt.
