Okay, My mom has debt with 4 credit cards. I believe that I can get a lot of those feese takin off, and want to work the rest out with them. So if my mom calls and puts me on her account, then can I call? What exactly is the deal with that? Im confused...

Do not get put on the account,your mother needs to call the credit card companies and tell them they need to work with her or she is going to file chapter 11. Believe me,they dont want to loose everything. If you get put on the account you will be held liable for all owed.
