I have credit card debt...about $75,000 i cannot repay all of my outstanding debts credit ,my credit score is 640, i don%26#039;t have later payment so far, i alway renember do balance transfer,and transfer.....now i have no way to transfer my balance, i want to bankruptcy,....how....

find and call a good bankruptcy lawyer and talk to him and he will explain what you need to do and what you will pay for him to file and he will get set set up in court to get discharged and you will have a fresh start

You need to talk to a lawyer specializing in bankruptcy to see if you qualify.

It is very obvious that you are living waaaaay beyond your means. You need to seriously look at how you got that far in debt. I suspect that if you do file chapter 7 bankruptcy, in a few years you%26#039;ll be right back in this kind of debt.

Besides bankruptcy look into debt settlement - hurts your credit score in teh short run same as bk but you recover a lot quicker. You are paying to settle the account but at maybe 40 percent of what yu owe.

Look in the yellow pages and find a lawyer who specializes in bankruptcy. Interview several lawyers before you chose who you want to represent you.
