I moved to spain owing money all over this was 6 years ago What happens if I go back now. Will I get hamered for all the debt I left behind, bank, tax around 10k telephone bills and mobile.I was in business so I dont eeven know if I am bankrupt.I darn not ask it might open a can of worms !!
