I have a credit card debt and it 1100 I have a student loan debt 1900 and social security said they over paid me sevral month 4000 and Im working at a ok job it only 11 an hour 40 hour a week Im paying 200 a pay check for the credit card then when that paid off Im going to pay on the loan but ssi is threating me to a fedral court and it not my fault that they over paid me I reported to them that I got a job as soon I started working last year and they said ok and reduced the ssi to 260 from 620 and now they told me that they thought I only worked for one month and I said no I told you that I got a job and now I dont know what to do I think the best way now is to kill my self It stressing me I own a 12 ga shotgun so Im realy thinking about it

Please don%26#039;t kill yourself. Call the social security office first thing Monday morning and ask to work out a plan to repay the money. Split the $200 paid on one bill monthly to $100 each on student loan and credit card bills. It may take awhile but you will get everything paid off in a few months. This is not worth taking your life over. You really are not in as bad a shape financially as you think you are. Make the decision to quit worrying about this as much and know you are doing everything you can to get your bills paid off. Goodluck to you dear.

Look, your debt is not that bad and you can work out payment plans and reductions. Get some good legal advice and help.

Killing yourself is not the answer, it never is, to solve problems. Taking responsibility for your life and making better choices is the way to go.

I got my $200 school loan payment, plus $300 in credit cards, not to mention rent and other bills each month. I get stressed about it ALL the time. But I figure as soon as I get some of my credit cards paid off, things will be a lot better. Just hang in there

You need to talk to a credit counsellor immediately to consolidate your debts. $7000 is not alot of debt (believe me). A friend of mine pays the minimum each month on 3 maxed out credit cards, and his bank account is in the %26quot;line of credit%26quot; each month. At 18% interest he will never be out of debt for as long as he lives. Having said that he is one of the happiest guys I have met. Think about upgrading your skills to get a higher paying job. Suicide is the easiest way out...but life is meant for living. Take care of yourself.
