I have debt owed to bloominbgdale%26#039;s and i need to get the lowest amount settlements and atleast have a couple months to pay this off. What is your advise? I talked to them and they only took of about 10%. Also, i have the same problem with tmobile. I owe 426.46 dollars and they want to lower it to only 350.00 dollars. I cannot afford to pay this at once and they dont want to agree to atleast divide my payments into 4-5 individual payments. What do i do? I only work 4x a months. I barely make 300 dollars. How am i suppose to provide for myself and im also a full time student :(

Anyway, you can%26#039;t force them to reduce the debt. All you can do is continue not paying it. As the debt gets older, they will be willing to deal more. Of course, that also will trash your credit more and more.
Whenever you do reach a deal, make sure to get the terms in writing and make sure you and they stick to them.
